Our brains intuitively focus on mistakes. A reflex that was once vital for survival now prevents us from reaching our full potential. To make these character strengths tangible, I work with the "Clifton Strengths Finder" and the "VIA-IS Inventory." These two scientifically based instruments clearly identify talents and potential, thus enabling tailored development plans. 

 

Strengths-based management sounds simple – but in practice, it's a paradigm shift that requires passion and expertise. In my workshops, I repeatedly witness how a change in perspective brings new energy to companies and enables teams to reach their peak performance. In my Executive MBA program at the University of St. Gallen (HSG), led by Prof. Dr. Wolfgang Jenewein, I explored this practice-oriented approach from a scientific perspective. My master's thesis confirms the enormous potential of combining transformational leadership with a consistent focus on strengths. A transformational leadership style inspires people to recognize and develop their individual strengths. This is precisely the key to sustainable success and above-average team performance.
