About me
Born in MalixChurwalden GR, married, father of two kids, living in Regensberg. My professional career has taken me from basic training at the Zürcher Kantonalbank to various management positions. For the last 10 years, I have been a member of the executive board, working on various bank-wide projects at the Zürcher Kantonalbank. Alongside this, I have been able to deepen my passion for targeted coaching and transformation – shifting from a deficit-oriented to a genuine strengths-based approach.

What motivates me
I am fascinated by personalities: giving leaders impetus, strengthening sales teams, and encouraging people through coaching to fully realize their personal potential. Through my close collaboration with renowned experts such as Prof. Dr. Wolfgang Jenewein (HSG) and Prof. Dr. Willibald Ruch (University of Zurich), I have developed an approach that is scientifically sound, pragmatically implementable, and above all, people-oriented.
